Return, Exchange & Watch Repair Policy

Important Notice

  • In the event that a parcel is lost during transit or cannot be delivered due to customs issues, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or repair requests.
  • As our products do not meet certain customs clearance requirements, we do not provide customs clearance or declaration services.
  • Therefore, we will not respond to any inquiries or notifications related to shipping, customs clearance, or declaration matters. Thank you for your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product must remain in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused (try-on is allowed)
  • Not worn, disassembled, or altered
  • Free from any damage, scratches, or signs of modification

Products that fail to meet any of the above conditions will not be eligible for return.


Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must also be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must meet the same condition requirements as stated in the return policy

Watch Repair Policy

  • All shipping costs and service fees incurred during the repair process shall be borne by the customer
  • Please ensure the watch is securely packaged before shipping to prevent any additional damage during transit

Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Please contact cleanfactorywatch.co customer service and provide the following information:

    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Reason for return (if applicable)
  2. Secure Packaging & Return Shipment
    • Ensure the product is securely packaged for return
    • Use a reliable and trackable shipping method
    • We strongly recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information for reference

Product Inspection & Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality and condition inspection
  • You will be notified of the inspection result via email
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method
  • The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank processing time
